Marian Famata Kupee is the co-founder of the community-based Marian Famata Kupee Foundation headquartered in Monrovia , Liberia West Africa.
She was born in the Bong Mines area in Bong County, Liberia. The youngest of four siblings her mother was a stay at home mother who was a disciplinarian, while her father an accountant was very passionate about education for his offsprings and others.
Marian is a long-serving Foreign Affairs employee who has risen thru the ranks to become Director of Passports and Visas, of the Republic of Liberia and became Minister Counselor at the Liberian Embassy in the United Kingdom.
Her passion lies in being able to serve and communicate effectively with people, so it’s no surprise that the MFK Foundation was born with these values in mind with her wanting to serve people in the communities by stretching a helping hand in whatever way possible.
Marian is a daughter, sister, wife, mother prayer warrior. Marian’s greatest prayer is for stability and prosperity for her country, Liberia.
She enjoys cleaning, cooking and time spent creating sewing ideas for fun. She also loves to dance even though she has two left feet!
